Beginner / Intermediate Level Lessons

Beginner Level:
Perfect if you’re new to badminton! Learn the basics like:

How the game works and scoring
Moving around the court
Holding the racket the right way
Simple swings to hit the shuttle

Intermediate Level:
Got some experience? This class helps you:

Master serves, clears, drives, drops, and net shots
Improve your technique and footwork
Practice playing in fun games

Great for players of all ages who want to play for fun!

Competitive Intermediate Level Lessons

This class is for players who:

Know the game rules
Can do backhand and forehand serves
Can keep a rally going for 30 shots or more

You’ll work on:

Better control, shot placement, and consistency
Improving footwork
Learning tactics and doubles rotations

Great for players aged 10+ who want to step up their game — perfect for Jr. high and high school team players!

Competitive - Advance Level Lessons

This class is for players who:

Already have strong technical and tactical skills
Compete regularly and want to boost consistency and accuracy
Are ready to elevate their game experience

Focus areas include:

Advanced tactics and shot-making
Movement and footwork
Fitness to support higher-level play

Suitable for competitive players aged 11 and up. Feather shuttles are used for training and games to simulate real match conditions.

Private Lessons

Private and semi-private lessons are available for individuals seeking personalized coaching tailored to their specific needs and goals. These sessions provide focused instruction to help players advance to the next level.

Lessons are open to both members and non-members.
