2026-2027 Saturday Competitive Class CLRC

This class is designed for junior high and high school students who are ready to train and compete. Led by an NCCP Certified Provincial Badminton Coach, the program focuses on technical development, tactical awareness, and match play.

Class is suitable for Junior high, high school and University students that wants to do training and compete. (see schedule for all dates)

Time: Saturdays, 5:00pm - 7:00pm (weekly training, Sep to Jun, up to 38 sessions) 

Exciting Bonus: Enjoy free Game Days with drop‑in play every Tuesday! Available exclusively to full‑season members. Check the schedule for dates and times. Subject to change.

Membership / Club Dues:

Flexible Terms:

• Pre-Season (Sep): 2 sessions – $70 ($35/class)

• Term 1 (Oct–Dec): 10 sessions – $350 ($35/class)

• Term 2 (Jan–Mar): 11 sessions – $385 ($35/class)

• Term 3 (Apr–Jun): 12 sessions – $420 ($35/class)

• Full Season (Sep–Jun): 35 sessions – $900 ($25.71/class) – save $325! *Additional free sessions may be added throughout the season — exclusively for full‑season members.

Class Placement – New Students

• If your child has trained at another club, please indicate the club name and class level on the registration form. Our coach will review their experience and determine if an in-person assessment is needed to confirm proper class placement.

• All new students without club experience must undergo an in-person assessment before attending classes. Please contact us to arrange the assessment or drop-in any of our classes at the beginning of the class for a quick assessment.
  

•  A non-refundable deposit or full payment must be completed within 48 hours to ensure your registration remains active.

  Failure to do so will result in cancellation, and your spot will be allocated to the next individual on the waitlist.

Ensure you fully understand all terms and conditions before signing up:

• All programs maybe cancelled if there are not enough registrant.

• Advance registration is required to attend each program.

• No need to pay any fees at the Recreation Centre, just head straight to the gym.

• Participants must inform us in advance if they are unable to attend a class for any reason, enabling the coaches to adjust the training schedule accordingly.

• All training classes are done in a group environment. (Group lessons only)

• Game Day is for practice playing games against other students only. Coaching is NOT provided.

• The coordinator reserves the right to change the format of play and number of courts available on Game Days.

• All participants are expected to be on their best behavior and respect the rules and everyone.

• Anyone not following the rules or exhibiting misbehavior will be removed without a refund.

• Time and location is subject to changes or cancellation due to weather or other reasons.

(Your program coordinator will notify you by email if there are any changes. There are no refund for cancellations of class by the city or school or facility owner . A make up day will only be offered if it is cancelled by our own club reasons)

• Badminton Shuttles are included. Bring your own racquet, indoor shoes and wear athletic clothing.

• Wearing a mask is optional. Attendees will take their own risk at joining / playing.

• Membership/club dues are non-refundable, non-transferable to another program/class/day or person.

• There are no refund for cancellations of class by the city or school or facility owner .

(A make up day will only be offered if it is cancelled by our own club reasons.  

• We will contact only registered members by email regarding any cancellations or changes.

Ensure you add our club's email address to your address book or check your junk folder.

• Trial classes are available for $35 per session if space is available. Please contact us in advance to arrange a trial.

Make‑ups are subject to space availability and must be completed within the same season. 24‑hour notice is required. No refunds or credits are given for missed classes. No‑shows are not eligible for a make‑up.
